This style of coaching helps recreational and competitive “adventure athletes”— cyclists, mountain bikers, runners, skiers, climbers, hikers — improve fitness and strength, prevent injuries, and dial in skills; therefore experiencing more success, fun, and confidence in their sport.
I will incorporate sport-specific fitness, strength, nutrition, mindset, and event preparation. If you are serious about your sports, whether you’re competing in races or taking on personal challenges, and you want guidance, motivation, and education, this is for you.
