Teaching people who aspire to be “lifestyle athletes” — people with busy schedules who want to learn how to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle.
You aspire to create a base of fitness, strength, nutrition, and mindset needed to feel good in your body and confident that you have the ability to keep up with your busy life and go out and play on the weekends while feeling capable, healthy, and strong. You may have a goal of fat loss, muscle gain, or competing in your first 10k or century ride. Whatever challenge inspires you, I can help you rise up to it.
